this is an exciting smoothie with a tangy twist making it a perfect addition to any day. filled with protein, vitamin c and potassium, i find it extra satisfying following a tough workout or one of my favorite yoga classes.
2-3 cups kale
2.5 cups superfood frenzy hemp milk
1/2 cup kumquats…i have also used 2 peeled oranges here
1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons agave or honey
1. place all ingredients in the blender and blend until well mixed. enjoy!
