1 cup walnuts, soaked 6 hours and rinsed very well
1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup pitted and chopped medjool dates
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
place all ingredients in the food processor and run up to 60 seconds.
place on dehydrator teflex sheets and dehydrate @110 degrees until crisp, about 21-23 hours.
roll 1 tablespoon of the mixture and pat into something a little larger than the size of a quarter and place on the dehydrator trays. dehydrate @110 for 16-18 hours.
