vegan savory seed cheese

savory seeded cheese
1 cup water
1 cup soaked sunflower seeds (soaked at least 6 hours and rinsed well)
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional, not raw)
1 teaspoon sea salt
place ingredients in blender and blend well. makes about 8 ounces. place cheese in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator up to one week.
*listen to the running of your blender and be willing to add up to 2 tablespoons additional water for the optimal consistency of your cheese.
