healthy dairy-free banana split
looking to eat healthy, have a little bit of fun while you do it AND not spend hours in the kitchen? then you are in the right place because i have a dairy-free banana split recipe that is as easy as 1-2-3.
what you’ll need:
a couple ripe bananas
superfood soft serve ice cream
topping such as: chocolate sauce, crunchy buckwheat, honied almonds, nuts and seeds, cacao nibs, fresh or frozen berries, maybe a sweet cherry on top, etc.

Oh, my giddy aunt, this looks heavenly! My husband is lactose intolerant and has to miss out on treats like this but, now, he no longer has to. His birthday is coming up in April and I think this will make for quite a suprise on his special day.
Your blog looks wonderful and I can’t wait to learn more about your recipes and suggestions. My husband and I gave up sugar last September and are always looking for ways to eat and be healthier.
Thanks for sharing. You have a new follower here. 🙂
welcome linda, i’m so glad you found this and what a sweet surprise for your husband! sugar is a tough habit to kick but it’s very helpful to have a partner in crime. great choice to both of you and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Such a great idea!! I love making nice cream for myself, but this is next level.
