the no frills clean eating adventure: the 7-day clean eating program that reduces inflammation and allows you to lose weight naturally.

it’s as do-it-yourself as visiting inphyusion on pinterest and following the various no frills pins to see what suits you and then incorporating new recipes, as you wish, at home.

once you sign-up for the program itself, it’s as simple as following the provided grocery list, 7-day meal plan, and daily protocol so you know what to do when.

throw out your old thoughts and beliefs about food and nutrition. toss the crash diets you’ve tried before that haven’t worked. and make a decision to try something exciting and new that will deliver the results you’re looking for.

the no-frills clean eating adventure isn’t about starving your body, fasting, living on juice, eating strange food combinations, or taking lots of odd supplements. and the recipe guidebook walks you step-by-step through each of the healthy plant-based recipes you’ll be following during your no frills adventure.

no frills is about healthy living and eating without the bells and whistles and the adventure was created to be adaptable and versatile while low maintenance but exciting for several reasons:

-even though i believe in simple and gentle cleanses, cleansing can be tough to do on your own. the no frills program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process BUT also set up to repeat again on your own if you’d like in the future.

-having gone through several programs myself, i’ve found i had questions along the way and wished i had a coach and group i could go to for direction. i’ve essentially created the program i’ve been looking for!

-i want you to learn from the mistakes i have made during other programs i’ve done in the past.  i also want to share systems i have developed to simplify the process. why should you have to reinvent the wheel.

-cleansing and detoxifying are very effective ways to create long-term changes, but most people don’t know how to effectively use a program to creating lasting and sustainable change.

i’m your trusted guide for the adventure and during the online no frills program i offer daily email and facebook support through a closed private group where you are encouraged to share comfortably and openly with other participants.

with my personal support and the support of your fellow adventurers you will never feel stuck or alone.

the program is both adaptable and flexible because although it is challenging to eliminate common trigger foods you might enjoy daily, the no frills program is not debilitating to the point you are not able to work, function, or continue to be physically active.

    Seven day No Frills,
    I was apprehensive to say the least. First time being seven days, changing my habits, I’d go as long as I could. With everything layed out for me and thanks to the encouragement and daily posts of thoughtful extras from Jessica, I made it. I will be back for the next cleanse and encourage some friends to take the leap too.

    About two weeks prior to starting the no frills adventure, I had started eating vegan along with my son who had challenged me to try it for a week. I had been having trouble staying away from sugary foods and eating snacks late at night. Through working with Jessica I found that when I paid attention to what I was eating and limited the amount of sugar laden and processed foods I ate, the cravings for such unhealthy foods went away. Jessica had a very detailed (pictures included) menu for the week that included how to prepare the foods and the health benefits of whatever she had planned for the day. I learned new ways to be mindful of my daily eating patterns and even learned some yoga poses.
    Jessica’s continued daily support made the no frills adventure fun and exciting. I love the corpse yoga pose, which helped me relax. Jessica was there promptly to answer any questions that came and it was fun to see how others in the program commented and shared.
    When the no frills week ended I had lost six pounds! My love for smoothies was born, kale chips rock and my fav dinner was the taco bowl with walnuts. Great way to be introduced and encouraged to choose a plant based diet. Thank You Inphyusion.

      you were a great addition to our group…keep up nutrient dense whole foods during the day to keep away the late night snacking and just wait until cycling season is in full gear–i’m certain you’ll feel a noticeable difference on the bike!
