when we set goals and change our habits to achieve those goals, we can also change our story.

as a habit based wellness coach i work with clients to help them love the way they feel in their body and mind. i’m an engineer of optimal health and get excited about designing healthy active lifestyles for the busy and willing.

coaching is about having someone hold you accountable. it’s about having a partner who will support and encourage you even when you feel ready to quit.

as a coach i say what needs to be said even if it’s a little uncomfortable. part of my role is to put you on the edge of your comfort zone and empower you to stretch and reach the goals you’ve set. all along the way i cheer you on and encourage you to make choices that will positively impact your mental, physical, and emotional health.

habit based wellness coaching is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior changes by challenging you to dig in, identify what you want, and clarify exactly why you want it.

reaching goals can best be simplified in two ways.

mindset and action.

both of which are areas i love focusing on when i work with clients to help them create healthy habits.

it’s a process that invites you to transform thoughts into action and, in the end, leaves you loving the way you feel in your body AND mind.

one-on-one personalized coaching includes:

  • weekly 30 minute or bi-weekly 45 minute scheduled phone sessions, depending on your chosen package

who am i?

my name is jessica and i’ve essentially been coaching since i first learned to do something well. my first jobs in high school were coaching in the local summer rec sports program and basketball camps my own coaches were offering. it was fun getting a taste of teaching others to do what i loved and was hooked immediately.

shortly after graduating college as a psychology major with a minor in coaching, i was coaching a high school freshman girls basketball team and quickly transitioned to coaching a rock climbing team while serving as an americorps volunteer in the VISTA program.

to complete my 1700 hours both years, i found myself teaching at an expeditionary school and working with an adaptive sports program. daily i was teaching and coaching people from elementary school through adulthood not only in the classroom but also out in the natural world while leading wilderness trips.

i’ve learned variety and versatility. that one size doesn’t fit all. how to listen. inspire. motivate. and overcome, because just about anything is possible when our intentions are clear and beliefs run deep.

after discovering yoga a long time ago, i dove deep into an individually designed apprenticeship and have officially been teaching since 2006. i’m filled with gratitude and appreciation every single time i’m able to share the practice with others.

a deep interest in somatic psychology drove my desire to study a second modality led me to boulder college of massage therapy. and my knowledge of these amazing vehicles we travel around in grown exponentially through teaching and practicing massage therapy for over 10 years. during that time i also attended the institute of integrative nutrition in order to care for and understand said vehicle better.

all of that being said, as a habits based wellness coach, i view wellness from a wholistic and integrative perspective. that means i’m interested in your whole person and what it means for you to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.

i help you make healthy sustainable change that will improve the quality of your life.

i help you create a vision of your optional health and well being, develop a healthy mindset and habits to help you achieve your vision, and cheer you on every single step of the way.

my intention is to be an ambassador for those faced with health challenges and empower them to overcome these obstacles. whether the goal is to manage weight, increase energy levels, improve digestion, or to simply learn to live more wholeheartedly, i can offer the guidance, support, inspiration, and the knowledge you need to achieve success.

i’m a true believer that the body can heal itself and that sometimes we just have to get out of our own way! we must be proactive in getting healthy and staying healthy and i am passionate about helping others achieve just that. it’s all connected.


to become eligible for one-on-one coaching with jessica you must complete a deep dive wellness session. following the deep dive wellness session we begin a 3 month commitment. at $497 per month your investment is $1491.
