jessica is not quite sure where it all began and in so many ways she knows that it has always been there. growing up as a competitive athlete she has always made sense of the world around her through movement and it has been her experience that the practice and study of yoga will draw you more deeply into the body in a way that allows you to offer and extend more of yourself in an  authentic manner to the physical world. continually inspired while fascinated with the workings of the human body, she seeks to learn something new on a daily basis. in 2005, jessica was officially registered through yoga alliance at the 200 hour level in hatha yoga. while her classes are never the same, they each center around precise alignment and elegant fun. she is interactive and attentive, playful and challenging while supportive to each students need. check her yoga schedule to catch a class in boulder.
