i loved them. absolutely LOVED them.

chocolate avocado pudding snack packs are so good they will leave you dancing around like you were watching the pistons play. and who doesn’t love a good dance off?

it’s terribly exciting to have recreated a healthy snack pack in my own kitchen using only a few ingredients i tend to almost always have on hand. i hope you enjoy snacking on them and be sure to comment below letting me know what your favorite brown bag lunch item was.

chocolate avocado pudding snack packs

1 cup cashew almond dairy-free creamer or milk of choice

2 large avocados, pitted

1/4 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup cacao powder

1/2 fresh vanilla bean

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

place everything in a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.

    I have made chocolate pudding with avocado before, but I have never added a vegan creamer. I bet that adds a nice sweetness to the pudding. In fact I haven’t had vegan creamer for a long time. I think it is time to go shopping…
