cancellation policy
it is understood that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. in a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. this allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. if less than 24 hours advance notice is given you will be charged the full cost of your session. this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
no-shows
if you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment you will be charged in full for the scheduled appointment.
late arrivals
when you schedule an appointment, that time is kindly reserved for you. if you arrive late, we will work through to the end of your scheduled session. if it happens that i’m late, you will receive the full amount of time scheduled.
