datorade

i grew up dreaming i could move and groove just like mike and drank lots of gatorade because of it. searching for a more natural means of athletically energetic freshness, i have turned to the use of dates. they are a perfectly designed powerhouse of energy with naturally occurring sugars that provide a quick kind of energy, immediately available for the body’s use. the date is also one of nature’s best sources of potassium, an essential mineral needed to maintain proper muscle contraction, a healthy nervous system and to balance the body’s metabolism. seeing that much of our potassium is lost in perspiration, drinking datorade is a great way to replenish the body while maintaining adequate hydration for the activities that propel you through life. these days i still wish i could move like mike but this is my cool liquid refreshment of choice.

Its funny that people say to drink gatorade or even chocolate milk (bad idea!) after working out – little do they know that 1 banana has more electrolytes than a whole bottle of gatorade.. Datorade has even more. Thank you!
