carrot ginger juice


raw vegan carrot ginger cold-pressed juicecarrots and ginger combine to create a sweet, yet zippy, healthy juice recipe. carrots, we all know, are full of beta carotene and they help strengthen eyesight. in addition, carrots have powerful cleansing properties which are effective in both the detoxification of the liver and the nourishment of the skin!

personally, i cut this juice with filtered water to mellow out the sweetness yet absorb the beneficial nutrients. it almost goes without saying that the therapeutic properties of ginger are numerous and when added it brings personality to anything. it’s nothing different with this rawcipe. plug in your juicer and be sure to reserve your carrot ginger juice pulp in the refrigerator for a future project. stay tuned!

8-10 carrots

thumb of fresh ginger root

run ingredients through juicer. serves 1-2.

add up to 2 cups water (optional)
