raw vegan pecan breakfast bars

2 cups pecans

1 cup medjool dates , pitted

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup coconut crystals 

3 tablespoons coconut butter

3 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well mixed. spread onto unbleached parchment paper and roll out to a square. using a flat edge create smooth edges. chill. score. chill some more and serve. makes 9-10 bars depending on desired size.
