although it has been named the anytime cocktail, typically i cut myself off early afternoon. the blue-green algae can give a boost that interferes with a good nights sleep. in the event i’m headed to see live music, which in many cases begins after my bedtime these days, it’s a grand happy hour or thereafter cocktail.

blue-green algae anytime cocktail

2 cups water, coconut water or aloe juice

up to 1 teaspoon e3live or blue green algae powder

place the powder and water in a glass mason jar and secure lid tightly. shake vigorously. serves 1-2.
