raw vegan cashew almond dairy-free creamer recipe cashew almond dairy-free creamer is a healthy alternative to your typical morning creamer. it is a simple recipe with a boost of protein that requires few ingredients and takes only minutes to prepare. cashew almond dairy-free creamer is a great add-in to lattes, smoothies and not too bad on it’s own either!

cashew almond dairy-free creamer

1 cup water

2 tablespoons almond butter

2 tablespoons cashew butter

2 dates, pitted

1/2 inch fresh vanilla bean

pinch of sea salt

place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. reserve in a glass container and store in the refrigerator.

      i’ve never tried a real creamer and have always drank my coffee terribly strong and dark, but made this for family and friends when they’re visiting and they say it is better than any creamer or alternatives they’ve tried (:

      i don’t like to pollute my coffee either, i drink black as black can be but made this recipe for family and friends when they’re visiting. when i drink it on its own, it’s a lot like a dessert for me!
