at this point you’re probably spending a little more time at home away from groups or gatherings and most likely your favorite gym or studio has been shut down.

as we’re being asked to practice social distancing, we don’t have to sacrifice our wellness. if anything we can dig in.

slow down.

create new habits or get creative and continue with those we love in a new way.

the INphyusion INhouse yoga sessions are my best attempt to keep you INside.

safe and healthy.

…..soooooooooo, my classes are currently taking place online from the INphyusion headquarters in the rocky mountains and you’re invited to come on IN!

LIVE and ONLINE, seven days a week.

monday: 9am flow

tuesday: 6am hot sequence

9am flow

wednesday: 9am flow

thursday: 6am hot sequence

12pm flow

friday: 4pm hearts & hips happy hour gentle flow

saturday: 10:30am flow

sunday: 9am calm & ground gentle flow

    Wow, this is so great. I think doing yoga or joing into your yoga session is the best way for me to spend my quarantine days.
