 turmeric pepper flax crackers

2 cups water

2 cups ground flaxseed

1 cup yellow pepper, seeded and chopped

3 tablespoons grated turmeric root

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1. place ground flaxseed and water in a large bowl, stir and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

2. stir in yellow pepper, turmeric root, hemp seeds and sea salt.

3.  spread onto dehydrator sheets and dehydrate @110 25-30 hours or until crisp.

      absolutely. i haven’t done it myself just yet but i would try setting the over around 425 or 450 and cooking for 20-30 minutes (:
